I currently hold a bachelor’s in early childhood education, have my national child development degree and a state of Florida Director credential. I strive to create an atmosphere where children feel safe, happy and engaged in meaningful activities. I’m passionate about developing strong relationships with both parents and children. I’m a mother to 4 and a grandmother to 13. I chose this field to make a difference in the lives of young children.

Hello! I’m Lindsay Wells, Regional Director. With over 22 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the privilege of working with children across all age groups. My passion especially lies with VPK and school-age learners, where I’ve found some of the most rewarding moments in my career.
For more than a decade, I’ve served as a Director, and for the past four years, I’ve taken on the role of Regional Director—supporting, mentoring, and strengthening early education programs across our region.
I’m also proud to share that I’m in my final semester of the bachelor’s program at St. Petersburg College, continuing to grow and learn—right alongside your little ones!
